Deconstruction / Construction

  • Removal of all surface structures, buildings and housing of every kind. Removal shall also include underground structures such as foundations, water, gas and all underground utilities. Removal of roads, curbing, sidewalks, utility poles, etc.. Everything comes out. Nothing manmade is to be left behind within the cleanup zones.
  • Redesign, upgrade or installation of perimeter boundaries shall be a primary focus of the construction process. Examples such as sidewalks, roadways, intersections, underground utility conduit and aerial services will vary from project to project.
  • Reuse, repurpose, recycle, disposal of scrap materials. (RRRD). Shall be the primary steps to materials removed from each project. These materials have a value that must not be neglected. Before we move material into a landfill or incinerator the consideration should first be given to reusing the material with limited to no processing. Repurposing the material with limited processing shall also be a primary objective.  Recycling of materials should be considered before incineration. Incineration should be the priority before landfill disposal.
  • Contractors provide necessary policies, procedures and proven successful benchmarks for RRRD.
